You may return products within 14days of purchase if new or unused and when ever possible in it original packaging. If you want to cancel or return your order you must contact us within 14days after receiving the item. Please note certain items can not be returned (EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURNS POLICY- see details below).
Exceptions to the Returns Policy
The following execptions apply to our returns policy. All pierced jewellary items and cosmetics and necklaces can not be returned or exchaged for hygiene reasons if unwrapped or unsealed unless faulty
Returns by post
To return an item call ER on 0798 578 6381. The item should be sealed or secured and taken to post office. Ensure you obtain and keep your receipt until your account is credited.
