You may return products within 14days of purchase if new or unused and whenever possible in its original packaging. If you want to cancel or return your order, you must contact us within 14days after receiving the item. Returns by post
To return an item call ER on 0798 578 6381. The item should be sealed or secured and taken to post office. Ensure you obtain and keep your receipt until your account is credited.
